IFly indoor skydive

Request you to please have copy issued to the guest visiting ifly with the confirmed booked time given by our IFLY operation team and your booking reference number to have a smooth entry process and to confirm your session please make your booking at least 24 hours to 48 hours in advance to iFLY Teamleader.

Cancellation Policy:

• No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event.
• Bookings canceled or not attended for ifly session, No rescheduling, cancellation or refund, full amount will be charged.
• Amendment and cancellation before 24 hours, refunds from agents end (Please notify ifly team in advance if the guest is not visiting, so we can release the slot for the walk-in guest).

Terms and conditions:

• A confirmed time and date need to be added to the voucher.
• Guest must arrive 30min prior to their confirmed slot to avoid disappointment.
• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter.
• You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time
• Bookings confirmations are recommended to avoid long awaiting time.
• There are many restrictions that are in place to ensure your safety while you enjoy the experience of indoor skydiving.
• The restrictions are as followed: flyers cannot be pregnant, have previously dislocated your shoulders, are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, not wearing a plaster cast, must have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under the age of 18, and you must have signed iFly’s waiver form.
