• You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher by email
• If you fail to receive the email, check your spam folder or notify us

• Present a printed or mobile voucher for the activity

• Guests are required to sign a disclaimer form against damage and personal injury before embarking on the tour
• The minimum age allowed for driving is 17 years old
• Two guests can share a buggy: 30 minutes for each person.
• The tour price includes 5% VAT
• The tour departs daily

Children from 6 – 16 yrs old are welcome to accompany their parents as passengers but must be always supervised.

Good to know:

• Arrive 15 minutes before your session.
• All passengers must present a valid ID (copy or original).
• Dress comfortably in casual attire with - Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all participants.
• Not recommended for children under 5 or pregnant women.
• A maximum of 2 or 4 guests per buggy is allowed, depending on the buggy's capacity.
• Safety gear, including helmets and goggles, must be worn while operating the buggy.
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation & refund Policy:

• 7 days to 48 hours before tour departure: No cancellation fee.
• 48 hours to 24 hours before tour departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours before tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking. In the event of cancellation, we assume no liability, and any payments made will be refunded in full to the named charterer.
• Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or changes in government regulations. In such cases, satisfactory upgrade options will be offered when available.
• Children under 17 years are not permitted on our buggy tours
• Children under 17 are not allowed to drive our buggies but must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is over 17 years old and able to drive the buggies.
