• Present a printed or mobile voucher for the activity
• The voucher is valid for the date & time specified 

• For half a day (6 hours), the vehicle can only be used within Dubai
• For full day (12 hours), the vehicle can be used anywhere in the UAE
• Bookings should be made at least 3 hours prior in order to assure the availability of the car chosen
• Bookings are subject to availability if made 2 hours within your schedule
• An additional charge is incurred for pick up outside Dubai
• Overtime surcharge is incurred per hour according the vehicle chosen
