Important Information

Trip Instructions / Essentials:

  1. Passenger must be ready 45 minutes prior scheduled departure time and must carry an official identification document. Passengers are required to carry a valid passport while travelling and to present the identification when checking in and as may be requested by the authorities. 
  2. Operators will ensure passengers and baggage in accordance with the local Civil Aviation Authority regulations.?
  3. Flight routes remain subject to clearance approval from the local Civil Aviation Authority as required and may vary due to air traffic control requirements or any other operational or safety considerations on such occasions. 
  4. Any additional flying time variance to the service requested which is specified in the flight itinerary above, will be charged to the Customer and invoiced after the service is completed. Customer must sign on the additional location and duration requested for billing purpose.
  5. All flights remain subject to weather, visibility conditions, aircraft availability and government restrictions. Operators shall not be held liable due to inclement weather conditions or events beyond our reasonable control. 
  6. Customer is required to re-confirm at least 72hours in advance of the scheduled departure.
  7. Operators, reserves the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if Operators, deems it unauthorized, unsafe or may be hazardous or endangers the aircraft, crew or passengers. Passengers and baggage will be subject to security control as per the GCAA Regulations and as directed by the Captain.
  8. Pregnant woman can fly at their own responsibility and risk not exceeding 32 weeks, and it is the passengers’ responsibility to inform Falcon, about her pregnancy at the time of booking. Operators, needs to be notified of passengers with special needs. 
  9. Passenger must be in a good physical condition, fit to fly and able to travel by helicopter. 
  10. Full pre-payment of the amount is required prior flight performance.
  11. Cancellations by the passenger with at least two weeks-notice in writing will receive 100% refund, cancellations with less than 72 hours-notice shall not receive any refund. 
  12. Child Policy: Two years and plus is allowed on board.
  13. Camera Policy: No professional cameras are allowed on board; the lens should not exceed more than 400mm. 
  14. Customer Late Arrival or No Show: It is imperative that the scheduled departure time is adhered due to operational Limitations. Operators, bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late for their flight. In such cases Operators, reserves the right to release the flight at the scheduled time unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled flights. If the performance of the Flight Schedule or any part thereof is prevented or delayed by Customer after the scheduled Departure Time, Operators may, at its sole discretion and without any liability whatsoever and to whosoever, cancel the flight or depart as scheduled with the available passengers and charge full charter rate. 
  15. Load Capacity: Passengers’ full names and weight must be provided before the service is conducted as restrictions apply on total passenger weight. The Captain of the Aircraft shall have absolute discretion to decide what load, including the number of passengers, may safely be carried and how such load shall be distributed, whether and when a flight may be safely undertaken and when and where the Aircraft shall be landed. All such decisions of the Captain shall be final and binding on Customer and Carrier.
