• Full refund if cancellation before 48 hours.                                                         
• 50% refund if cancellation before 24 hours.                                                                 
• No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event.                                                           
• Bookings canceled or not attended; in particular for lessons and Penguin Encounters, No rescheduling, cancellation or refund.                                                                 
• Rescheduling within 24 hours you will pay AED 50 per person for the rescheduling fee over the counter                                                                  
• Children under 14 years old should be accompanied by an adult.                                                             
• Admission age from 2 years and above, below 2 years are not allowed to enter the park.                                                              

1. Due to health and safety regulations, entry to Snow Abu Dhabi is not permitted for children under the age of 2.
2. To ensure the safety of our younger guests, children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older.
3. For the utmost safety, guests under 13 years old are required to wear helmets.

NOTE:

Snow AUH Ops team checks the height and the ticket of the kids (not more than 120cm+) to avail access.

• If there is a Child more than 120cm with a child ticket, guest must pay a full price Gate rate adult ticket @(AED215)
